Hour 1-4: Production sprint (4 hours)

Goal: Create 1 month of content (12 posts/assets).

Using your AI content factory:

1. Batch ideation (30 mins)
2. Batch drafting (90 mins)
3. Batch editing/polishing (90 mins)
4. Batch graphics creation (30 mins - use Canva/Figma templates)

Hour 5: Scheduling & setup (1 hour)

• Load content into scheduler (Buffer, Typefully, LinkedIn)
• Set up tracking (UTM parameters, analytics)
• "The distribution checklist": Where will you share links? (Slack communities, Reddit, email signature)

Deliverable: Content engine & 30-day calendar

By the end of Sprint 6, you should have:

1. Content Matrix: Strategy across the funnel
2. Production Workflow: AI-assisted process documented
3. Asset Bank: 12+ pieces of content ready to ship
4. Distribution Plan: Primary channel selected and scheduled
